Jun-Tsiang (JT) Lam, Chief Risk Officer

JT has extensive banking and investment experience spanning over 20 years across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.  He co-founded and was the former Chief Investment Officer of Tai Tam Capital Limited, establishing the Tai Tam Global Macro Fund to trade equities, fixed income, commodities and currencies.  JT will bring his investment and risk management skills to the enterprise.

JT has held a number of leadership positions including Asia-Pacific Managing Director of Global Markets & Treasury at WestLB AG where he managed teams of derivatives trading, sales and treasury personnel within the Asia-Pacific region (including Australia) and served on the bank’s executive management committee.  JT also served in various senior roles at Deutsche Bank including Head of Treasury for North Asia and Australia/New Zealand where he represented treasury on the bank’s investment, risk and resource management committees. Additionally, JT spent several years in the New Zealand Treasury managing the Crown’s debt and liquidity portfolios and advising the Government on financial risks.

JT is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Finance and Treasury Association.
